3. CAMPAIGN VENUE
Maxima App’s NEW CUSTOMER Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is conducted only in the Maxima App (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).
4. CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND AITÄH CARD
The campaign period is 21.03.2023 – 22.03.2024.13.01.2023 at 07:00 - 30.06.2023 at 23:59.
AITÄH card is a MAXIMA customer card, customer being an owner of it can take part in discount offers in Maxima stores. Detailed user agreement can be found here https://www.maxima.ee/aitah
5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
5.2 The Campaign is only valid for private customers who register an existing physical AITÄH card during the Campaign period or a virtual AITÄH card created via the app for the first time in the App during the Campaign period and who have not previously registered their physical AITÄH card on the website http://aitah.maxima.ee/ (hereinafter "New Customer").
5.2 To participate in the campaign you need to:
5.2.1 During the Campaign period, install the Maxima app on your smartphone and register your existing physical AITÄH card there or create a virtual AITÄH card in the app. The physical AITÄH card can not be the one that was previously registered on the website http://aitah.maxima.ee/;
5.2.2 Make a purchase during the Campaign period using the Skänni ja Kõnni function of the Maxima app.
5.3 When making the first purchase using the Skänni ja Kõnni function of the app, the New Customer receives a -5% digital discount coupon (hereinafter referred to as the "Coupon"), which is automatically applied to the next purchase made by the New Customer using the Skänni ja Kõnni function of the app.
5.4 The Coupon is valid for 8 calendar days from the moment of issue. The discount shown on the Coupon activated on 30.06.2023 can be used until 07.07.2023 (incl.).
5.5 The discount shown on the coupon does not apply to the following products and services:
5.5.1 Cigarettes and tobacco;
5.5.2 Lottery tickets;
5.5.3 Gift cards;
5.5.4 Third party services;
5.5.5 Phone calling cards;
5.5.6 Deposit packaging.
5.6 If during the Campaign period the New Customer has several coupons in the app that give a discount on the entire shopping cart, the earliest coupon will be automatically applied. Discounts on coupons are not cumulative.
5.7 If there is a product in the New Customer's shopping cart that is subject to a discount at the time of purchase, the discount will be added to the discount on the Coupon.
5.8 Maxima has the right to terminate the Campaign unilaterally at any time if a fundamental violation and/or abuse of the Campaign Rules has been established, or if circumstances related to force majeure have occurred. Maxima will publish the relevant information about the termination of the Campaign in the Maxima app and on the website.
5.9 The New Customer's AITÄH loyalty card may be closed and the Customer may be denied participation in the Campaign if Maxima determines that the Customer has cheated, attempted to achieve a goal in an unfair manner or failed to comply with the Campaign Rules.
6. COMPLAINTS AND THEIR CONSIDERATION
6.1 All claims related to the organization and/or conduct of the Campaign must be sent in writing to the location of the Campaign organizer MAXIMA Eesti OÜ, Aiandi 13/2, Tallinn, or to klienditugi@maxima.ee with the keyword “App”.
6.2 Complaints will be reviewed and the New Customer will be answered within 14 days after receiving a written complaint.
6.3 In case of different interpretations of the rules of the campaign, the Estonian text is used.
