The purpose of this Code of Conduct for suppliers (hereinafter referred to as the “Code of Conduct”) is to define the main requirements for suppliers of MAXIMA GRUPĖ UAB and the legal entities that directly or indirectly control it (hereinafter referred to as the “Group” or “Group Company”) with the aim of creating the prerequisites for implementing the highest standards of work ethics in the supply chain. The Code of Conduct expresses the Group Company’s efforts to strengthen sustainable cooperation with suppliers by promoting legal, professional and fair practices, including respect for human rights, work ethics and environmental protection.
